MSCI 424 Organizational Knowledge, Cognition and CommunicationManagement Sciences (2009-2010)
This course examines the management of organizational knowledge from a cognitive perspective. Topics include concepts, categories, language, information theory, and theories of organizational communication. Practical aspects of the design of computerized knowledge management systems and their effectiveness for encoding and transferring organizational knowledge will be discussed.
