BIOL 365 Resources in Bioinformatics
Biology (2009-2010)

A survey of the resources available for analysis of DNA, RNA and protein sequence data. The focus will be on existing tools and databases and their application. Included will be practical experience with web-based bioinformatics tools. This course is primarily intended for Bioinformatics and Computational Science students. [Offered: W]
Prerequisites: BIOL 208, MATH 127 or 137.
